Honors

Knighthood & Captainship

The Sword Conservatory is built on shared learning and appreciation for the art of swordsmanship. These honors recognize those who take that spirit a step further by deepening our understanding of the art and strengthening the community that practices it.

Knights

Knights are students who have completed the Conservatory curriculum across multiple weapons and have gone on to undertake an independent study, researching and teaching a historical weapon or fighting style of their choice. Their knighthood marks both an academic and martial achievement: a recognition of dedication, understanding, and the ability to give back to the art through instruction.
