The Sword Conservatory offers fencing and swordfighting classes for all ages and skill levels—from Renaissance and modern sport fencing to medieval armored combat. Learn sword techniques from the Renaissance through modern sport fencing, using modern fencing weapons. Beginning students will learn modern sport sabre, military sabre, cutlass, Scottish broadsword, and sport modern foil. Loaner equipment is provided for the first month of classes. Students who want to continue will need to purchase sport fencing equipment.
